Accommodations:

If you’re group has a need for overnight guest rooms, why not take advantage of our luxurious studios, suites or one bedroom! Enjoy a delightful sleep in one of our plush, pillowtop beds, and awake refreshed and ready for your meeting. Accommodations include continental breakfast and wireless internet.

Travel:

We are happy to help arrange your groups transportation to and from the Ottawa Airport. As there is no official airport shuttle, it is important to think of these details when planning your function, and the Bostonian can help provide options!

Breakfasts:

Start your meeting off right with our continental breakfast. The Bostonian can supply your group with a delectable continental breakfast, including coffee, tea and freshly baked goodies.

Meeting Rooms:

You can book one of our two elegant boardrooms, based on your size and occupancy requirements. Our large meeting room can accommodate up to 25 people and our smaller room accommodates up to10 people.

Room Arrangements:

We can set up your conference room in any way you’d like! Boardroom style, classroom style or u-shape – you decide how you want your room assembled. Your guests will enjoy a full wall of windows allowing for natural light, and a perfect temperature in our separately ventilated rooms.

Audio-Visual Arrangements:

Whatever your AV needs, we can help! With free Wi-Fi and hardwired Internet access, you’ll stay connected with fast and secure service. We have screens and flipcharts. For all other needs we can make arrangements for you.

On-Site Personal Support:

Your meeting room booking, and all your event details, will be handled through our dedicated Meeting Coordinators. Our coordinator remains on site, during your event, so when you need support, we’re there for you!

Coffee Breaks:

Time for a coffee break! We can supply your attendees with coffee, tea, water, and delicious pastries, to keep them energized and refreshed!

Lunch:

An advantage for you is you can arrange your caterer of choice, or we can suggest a caterer for you.

Dinner and An Event:

After a busy and productive day, unwind with a delicious meal. Thanks to the Bostonian’s central location you can take advantage of many of Ottawa’s best dining options, all within walking distance!
